This is the Kaiser William Memorial Church. In German it is called Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche. The church is in Berlin on the Kurfürstendamm. The original church was badly damaged by a bombing raid during World War II. The new church was built between 1959 and 1963, containing the damaged spire from the old church.
